Day 3: Is there any of the films adaptations that have made you angry because they've ignored important parts of the book?
Oh yeah, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The story line about the Half-Blood Prince was just left behind, though it's not just several scenes - it's the story line which gave the book its title, for God's sake! Once I was watching this film with a friend of mine who hadn't read the book. After the film I had to retell her all about the Half-Blood Prince so that she could understand it.
Day 4: Least Favorite female character and why?
Hm, it's a really difficult question... I think Alecto Carrow. For me the Carrows are, maybe, the most disgusting characters in all Potter books.
Day 5: Favorite male character and why?
Remus Lupin. I know there are many people who consider Lupin weak and spineless, but I don't see him like this. He is an extremely honest and decent man, the most noble not by origin but by spirit of all Marauders. He is a brilliant teacher. And it amazes me that the person with such an inner conflict (and who would't have one, when there is a beast inside you) can understand and sense people so well. Being ready to give up love, to leave his family for their own good is not some sign of cowardice - it is something that needs a lot of courage to be done.
Day 6: What House would you want to be in?
Ravenclaw. And I'm pretty sure that this is the House I'd be sorted in. ;-)
